What is SPICe+ Form for Company Registration in India?
In India, every company registered on or after Feb 23, 2020 is required to apply for the Reservation of Name & Company Incorporation through the new web services. This new facility facilitates all the applicants who want to apply for the Company Name, Incorporation Services & other integrated services at the same time. Such applicants can do so by completingĀ Part A & B of the SPICe+ Form. MCA has undertaken many amendments to simplify the Company Registration process in India. Instituting the SPICe+ is one of the main steps to ease the Company Incorporation process and promote the ease of doing business in India.
- SPICe+ Part-A Form: This Form is the portion where all the information regarding a new Companyās Name Reservation must be entered. This form can be submitted separately without Part-B for the Name Reservation only or it can be submitted in tandem with the Part-B form for the Incorporation as well as other integrated services.
- SPICe+ Part-B Form: This form offers following services:
- Incorporation;
- Issuance of PAN & TAN;
- Issue of EPFO Registration;
- Issue of ESIC Registration;
- DIN Allotment;
- Mandatory issue of Professional Tax Registration only for companies to be registered in Karnataka, West Bengal, and Maharashtra;
- Mandatory opening of Companyās Bank Accounts;
- Allotment of GSTIN (optional);
- Allotment of Shops & Establishment Registration (only for Delhi);
