Documents Required
1. A copy of the import export code number certified by oneself, as approved by the relevant licensing authority.
2. An annual fee for membership must be paid by a demand draft, pay order, or check payable to the FIEO.
3. Official authorization document printed on the company's official stationery.
4. A copy of the SSI registration certificate, industrial license, or IEM that has been self-certified.
5. A copy of the certificates for 1 to 5-star export houses, self-certified.
6. Director, partner, and owners must have a government-recognized ID.
7. Goods and Services Tax Identification Number.
8. Export earnings by country and/or product during the past three financial years.
9. A report of overseas revenue generated by service providers in the last three financial years.

Process For FIEO Registration
STEP 1: Visit the Website
Go to the FIEO official website and select the 'Membership' tab. Next, select 'How to apply for RCMC registration' and proceed with the additional instructions. The application form can be downloaded from the download tab as well.
STEP 2: Login Into the Portal
Clicking on the membership tab will bring you to a different page where you must input your credentials. Provide your username, password, and Import-Export Code (IEC) upon entry.
STEP 3: Necessary Details
Under the regular membership section, please enter details such as your export house's name, address, and status. The export house can have a rating of 1 Star, 2 Stars, 3 Stars, 4 Stars, 5 Stars, service exporter, registered member, or be affiliated with EPC, Chamber of Commerce, or Association of Institutes.
STEP 4: Select Type of Business
Provide information like the kind of export, the type of company (partnership or corporation), and important people involved like directors and stakeholders.
STEP 5: GST Details
Give information on GST along with a authorization letter. It will designate the authority that will act on behalf of the applicant for FIEO.
STEP 6: Verify & Get Your FIEO Registration
The last stage involves settling the fees. The yearly subscription fee for various membership categories from April to March. Finally, once the FIEO Registration fees are successfully verified, the applicant will receive their RCMC.
