How to return a product to Flipkart?

· File a return request. To do so, go to the ‘my orders’ section on the App or the Website to initiate a return.

· Choose your option against the return- to exchange it, get a refund or to get it replaced.

· Keep the product ready with original tags, labels, accessories, packaging and any other freebies you may have gotten with it.

· You will receive a notification indicating the date and time by which the reverse pickup will be processed. The product will be picked up from your address by Flipkart’s delivery agent.

· In case of replacement or exchange, the new product will be delivered to your address after the returned product is inspected.

· If you opted for a refund, it will be processed within 7-10 working days.


During pick-up, the service agent will check the product for the following conditions:

1. Correct & complete item- Brand, serial number, bar code etc, must match. All tags and labels must be intact along with related accessories, freebies, et al.

2. Unused- The item should not be used, washed, or tampered in any way. A mobile device can be returned only after formatting and disabling the lock.

3. Undamaged product and packaging- The product and all its components should not contain any damage or wear and tear. The original packaging and the box should be intact.

Moreover, if the above conditions are not met, the agent will refuse reverse pickup.
