
What exactly does APEDA stand for?
The Indian government established APEDA under the Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority Act, which was enacted by Parliament in December 1985. After its establishment, the Authority replaced the Council for Processed Food Export Promotion (PFEPC).In addition to its five regional offices in Guwahati, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mumbai, and Bengaluru, it also runs thirteen virtual offices from its headquarters in New Delhi. Comprehensive guidelines for registration
The Registration-Cum-Membership-Certificate (RCMC), which is a prerequisite for membership, is provided by APEDA upon receipt of the completed application and payment of the fees.
1-Register by visiting the APEDA website.
2-Select “Register as Member.”
3-Complete the necessary fields with your contact details and the import-export code. Click the “Submit” button.
4-To continue, click submit.
5-Make sure you pay the required registration fees using one of the suggested methods.
6-Do not discard; save this for future use. You may connect to your account by choosing the exporter login option.
7- After choosing the “Track Application” option, you may view the progress of your RCMC application.
8-Select “See RCMC certificate” from the RCMC menu to obtain your RCMC.
